transport solution for their needs, our skilled drivers/operatives add
real value at both ends; collection and delivery. |

Our standard operating procedures state that any loads held overnight are
locked in a secure area and temperature controlled if necessary. Our
trucks are never parked up on the roadside or left unattended. |

Specialist equipment: |
|
| |
|
Computer Equipment: Pre-configured computer equipment (servers and
touch-screen kiosks) are collected from the computer reseller,
palletised, shrink wrapped and transported to their destination. At the destination,
they are unloaded, taken to their permanent site in the building/stadium
and un-packed. All shipping materials are removed from site. |

Vending Machines: The manufacturer puts each unit on a pallet and our
driver will prepare the machine for transit. At its destination, the unit
will be sited and readied for installation (plumbing in). If a
non-standard delivery, i.e. stairs or awkward location, this will be
brought to our attention by a site survey and a 2nd man or
specialist equipment such as a Stair-Walker will be planned into the job. |

Insurance: |

Every day, Direct Express collects the computer back-up tapes from our
customer (a leading insurance company), and transports them to a secure
site. These tapes contain the information that will enable their business
to continue should anything happen to the Head Office site. |

V.I.P. & Diplomatic
services: |

For a number of years now, Direct Express has done work for a number of
foreign embassies and public figures. This work is frequently at short notice,
and during the night, as the travelling dignitary(s) schedules are
constantly changing. They often have very specific requirements and
travel with an entourage of assistants. Direct Express move furniture, clothes, and personal
effects, between embassy buildings, private residences, hotels and
airports. All our drivers are experienced, professional, polite, and
discreet. |
